On Commercial Claims, above average skills are necessary regarding the analysis of the financial side of a business, interpretation of policy wording, on each and every aspect of short term insurance per se. In depth knowledge of the Law of Delict, Contract Law as well as Law of Evidence , just to name three legal requisites are an absolute necessity underpinned with the experience of many years standing to apply those knowledge professionally, skilfully, ethically to the facts for the benefit of the Insurer and Insured. And to combine that with the main aim to minimize the possibility of future claims.
That expertise can and has been delivered by Vorster and Associates and if necessary is complemented by a panel of highly specialized independent consultants when needed.
As a result of the expertise and dedication in Vorster and Associates, we were over the years involved in a range of large and complex claims which were effectively settled to the satisfaction of the Insurer and Insured by following our business philosophy to inter alia establish total synergy between the Insurer, The Intermediary and the insured in the adjusting process accompanied with a risk analysis for the benefit of the Insurer and the Insured.
